You must write to Booker, Menendez, Andrews, ec. And Yes our President!

The people who created the ACA (OBAMA CARE) site seemed to understand this trepidation. In mid-October Jeryl Bier reported on this magazine’s website that by examining the source code of the “Terms & Conditions” page, the following statement—which was not displayed on the page itself—became visible: “You have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communication or data transiting or stored on this information system.” (HHS later removed this language.)

Allows certain students including undocumented immigrants who meet certain criteria to qualify for in-State tuition at public institutions of higher education and State financial aid.

If you voted yes for Instate Tuition for Illegal aliens you have betrayed the Citizens and legal residents of this State

Definition.
Betrayal is the violation of an expressed or perceived trust by a person or persons with whom a person relies upon for some aspect of his or her life. You have lost our trust.

No where in this bill, do you thank in advance, the hardworking citizens of New Jersey for financing in state tuition and for giving State financial aid to families who have broken our immigration laws and rules. Yes rules. Rules like you have in your Committee hearings.

As when a citizen offends a chairman, while he is exercising his 1st Amendment right to petition the government, he will be bodily removed by armed State Police.

When will you understand that the State Police should be instructed to remove illegal aliens when they break the rules? A broken system will be fixed by enforcement.

And nowhere in this bill do you mention the intention of the State to enforce our immigration laws in the future to see to it that only people who have been vetted and deemed safe to enter our country are allowed to be here.

Countries have borders and immigration laws for very good reasons

Border laws and immigration laws are designed to keep the people of a country safe and secure. So just remember that of the 525,00 illegal aliens, 8% or 42,000 are felons from their country of origin, narco gang members or possible terrorists with unknown intentions.

You have already proved to us how security conscious you are when you imposed numerous additional gun laws recently. What prevents some of you from realizing that this is a security issue? Security will be enhanced when immigration laws are enforced by our states. Promise us enforcement and then keep your promise.

All of the nineteen hijackers on 911 were in this country illegally in one way or another and between them they had 65 different state drivers licenses.

We would not be talking about this if all the families of the children that you want us to provide educational support for had gotten in line with other legal immigrants who came into this country and were vetted as safe people.

Finally, granting illegal aliens in-state tuition rates is also unfair to foreign students lawfully present on student visas. These students, who lack permanent resident status, are required to pay non-resident tuition rates. What kind of message does it send to these students who play by the rules that they must pay higher tuition rates than their compatriots who cheat the system? Some students might be tempted to overstay their visas to receive the tuition break.

New Jersey should implement policies that reward those who abide by our laws, not those who break them.

Remember these things about the Affrodable Care Act.

Obama Care, recall, was sold with a specific set of political promises: The new regime, advocates insisted, would reduce the deficit, cover the needy, and reduce total health spending — all while lowering the premiums of those who were already insured. Back in 2007, when Obama was running for the Democratic nomination, he introduced what was then an embryonic proposal with the quixotic assurance that, “if you already have health insurance, the only thing that will change for you under this plan is the amount of money you will spend on premiums.” Then he adumbrated what would happen to the “amount of money” that Americans would “spend on premiums.” “That will be less,” Obama told anybody who would listen.

We the legal residents of the State of NJ request that you do not support Bill # S2479

"Tuition Equality Act"; allows certain students to qualify for in-State tuition rates at public institutions of higher education.

Reasons you should not support this Bill.

* A subsidized seat for illegal aliens is a seat that is not available to a child of a citizen and legal residents of New Jersey. Where is your compassion for those of us who are paying the school bills and your salaries.

*Once again NJ State legislators are considering a bill which ignores the interest of tax paying legal residents and ignoring the financial burden you are placing on us. We have a broken immigration system because government officials like your selves have not seen to it that our nation’s immigration laws have been enforced.

* Unless the State of New Jersey is prepared to offer in-state tuition to any legal resident from any state, which we are sure you aren’t because it was not mentioned in Bill # S2479, you will then be in violation of “The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996” which specifies: Ignorance of the law is no defense so read the fine print here.
“Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an alien who is not lawfully present in the United States shall not be eligible on the basis of residence within a State (or a political subdivision) for any postsecondary education benefit unless a citizen or national of the United States is eligible for such a benefit (in no less amount, duration, and scope) without regard to whether the citizen or national is such a resident.”

Granting in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens would only serve to further damage and strain delicate budgets and impose additional burdens on taxpayers, who heavily subsidize post-secondary public education, to make up the loss. Schools, students, and taxpayers should not be made to bear such a burden, especially considering illegal aliens have flagrantly broken our immigration laws and have no legal right to reside in the U.S.

Universities are able to provide citizen and legal resident students in-state tuition rates because public colleges and universities are heavily subsidized by taxpayer money. Remember where that money comes from as most of you vote to spend our money like drunken sailors.

As usual if the shoe fits wear it.

Flip flops are available for those who want to switch to our side.
They are available in the Governors office.

History of R's who did fight racism long ago in the Dred Scott decision

Compromise in the Dred Scott Case was unconstitutional.

Old Courthouse
Dred Scott's battle for his freedom began at the Old Courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri.

The Chief Justice of the United States was Roger B. Taney, a former slave owner, as were four other southern justices (non Republicans) on the Court.
The two dissenting justices of the nine-member Court were the only Republicans.
The north refused to accept a decision by a Court they felt was dominated by "Southern fire-eaters." Many Northerners, including Abraham Lincoln, felt that the next step would be for the Supreme Court to decide that no state could exclude slavery under the Constitution, regardless of their wishes or their laws.

Yes Virginia, Elections were Stolen

Recently I attended a fundraising carnival at our local elementary school.  At one attraction I watched as some kids placed a pole with a string on it through one of several holes in a plywood wall painted to look like a fishing pond.  A parent hidden on the other side would then attach a little toy gift to a clip at the end of the string.  After a little tug on the string, the excited child would reel in their catch.  Now the little toy was the same no matter which hole through which the kid chose to drop his makeshift line and hook.
This reminds me of Tuesday's voting racket in Virginia.  No matter the choice, you end up with the same person as Governor.  The voter goes to the poll, casts a ballot and finds that someone other than whom they cast a ballot has been declared the winner.  How is this possible?  Obviously, you say, the other candidate received more votes.  Well yes and no.  There are games being played that on the surface look proper and on the up and up, but dig a little deeper and you'll find the hand in the cookie jar.
As newly elected Governor of Virginia, Terry McAuliffe celebrates his victory at the polls, but it should be pointed out that it was not fairly gained or should I say, ethically attained.  It was not a moral victory.  McAuliffe should be ashamed, but shame isn't a common part of the liberal psyche.
Most of us teach our children from the earliest of ages to play fair.  As adults, we assume adults are playing fair.  As voters, we assume our candidates and political parties are playing fair.  As viewers, we assume our media is playing fair.  Now nearly all of us who are even slightly informed know that the media and the political parties spin almost everything, if not out and out lie to us.  And unfortunately, the game of politics, far too often, has become the same shell game of lies, character assassination and subversion of the process.
Politics is a game, like any other.  But over the years it has become a shrewd game.  Tactics and strategy are employed, huge amounts of money are spent.  However, there is a hypocrisy involved.  Unlike the "loopholes" in the tax code that liberals scream about as unfair -- there are "loopholes" in politics that liberals love to exploit.  Loopholes that are used to undermine or rig the voting game in favor of their side, their candidate.
Subversive tactics are nothing new.  But subversive tactics, no matter who is doing it, are unethical and undermine liberty, rather than enhance it.  As the Founding Fathers repeatedly warned us, liberty cannot prevail in the absence of virtue.
When I was working in Iowa in 1996 for the Pat Buchanan campaign, others working for another GOP candidate were suspected of subversive actions against the Buchanan campaign, by doing such unethical things as cancelling reservations for hotel rooms and chartered buses in order to throw chaos into the entourage of campaign staff and media.  This sent our side scrambling, wasting valuable time and focus undoing the damage.  And this from (while adversaries) other Republicans, other supposed conservatives.  If this seems even a little over the top, most voters couldn't begin to imagine what happens between campaign staff when it's a general election (especially a national election), Democrat versus Republican.  Do or die!  The gloves come off.  It's nasty!
In the Virginia Governor race, the will of the people was thwarted.  Not because of any voting machine irregularities or polling place intimidation or lost ballots.  The election was stolen because the Democrat Party and the McAuliffe campaign colluded in bringing in third party candidate, Libertarian Robert C. Sarvis by assisting him with donations ensuring his ability to get on the ballot.  He was specifically helped with donations from liberal software billionaire bundler Joe Liemandt.  This subversive, unethical tactic was to skim off enough conservative leaning libertarian votes to Sarvis, swaying a close election into McAuliffe's favor.  Their plan worked like a charm!
electiondummiesWith 7% of the vote, Robert C. Sarvis effectively took the election away from Cuccinelli and gave it to McAuliffe.  The plan worked masterfully.  McAuliffe has been declared the winner, yet had those 7% (which the bulk most likely would have) gone to Ken Cuccinelli, he would have easily been the winner and next Governor of Virginia.
So you see how the people of Virginia (or any other state) collectively can vote conservative/libertarian and still end up with a liberal Democrat governor or Senator?  It is called divide and conquer.  It's called pitting one against another.  It's how those who love and believe deeply in liberty keep their government in the hands of socialists and never seem to figure out why.
The problem with politics today is that while it is fun and exciting, invigorating, informative and sometimes frustrating for some of us, it has become tactically an unethical game of cheaters who prosper. The ultimate victim is liberty and the Republic herself.
"Sell not virtue to purchase wealth, nor Liberty to purchase power," Benjamin Franklin warned.  Yet we seem not to take this truth seriously by holding those who would subvert liberty to the humility of defeat.  Instead we give them the power for which their addiction is so desirous -- that they will lie and cheat in order to attain it.
Power in the hands of the unwise and the corrupt will surely be abused. I predict it won't be long before McAuliffe and his band of lying cheats find themselves in some hot water for voter related or unrelated crimes.
Jefferson warned us that "The cornerstone of democracy rests on the foundation of an educated electorate."  Once on your hook, don't let these bottom dwellers get away with putting bait fish on your line and telling you to be happy with your catch. Subject: Open letter of request for corrective actions as related to the Affordable Care Act

Gentlemen;

As a New Jersey Citizen I am appealing to you as members of Congress for the initiation of corrective actions. The entering of personal information into the internet as required by the Affordable Care Act is placing the citizens of this State as well as the Citizens of the United States as subjects to easy access for bank fraud or other felonious activities. Please initiate immediate steps to protect us. I am a citizen and have been subject through doctor offices that are compelled to enter our records into the ACA required data base. As an example during my wife’s first visit to a specialist, she was given an I-pad and told to enter her information into this device to facilitate the entry to the internet data base. I told her to give the I-pad back to the receptionist.

Since you are not subject to the ACA please consider the risk of publishing your Social Security Numbers, home addresses, telephone numbers and other personal data on the internet. This will place you in the same risk as we, the other citizens.

Sincerely Yours

Numbers losing health insurance

Do you get the feeling there is something wrong with the voting population?
If 800,000 insured lost their health insurance, how many were truly affected?
When I worked and my employer provided a portion of the health insurance while I paid the remainder of the premium. The insurance covered myself and my wife. If one half of the cancellations were for married people, does it mean there were 1,200,000 who lost coverage?

It is too early to tell

The NEWS MEDIA is full of Chris Christie coverage. The question is will he be running in 2016. The answer is what difference does it make.
The real question is will he be RINO in the next three years? Who else will be NON_RINO?
Yes it is great that he has balance the budget. Why didn't he, or was he so quiet that  he did endorse Niki Trunk against Sweeney?
On the local scene and the state scene how much did he do for the other Republicans who are probably less RINO than He?
The Tea Party is heavily focused on Obama that we seem to be overlooking the local or state races.
In 2014 Andrews must be beaten.
Ar there conservative in the lesser races- regardless of party?

It is your money that Congress hands themselves!

So you are thinking about retiring!

"... consider that the U.S. Census Bureau says the average public worker with a pension gets about $26,000 a year!

And Wait Until You Get a Load of This ...
Guess how much members of Congress CONTRIBUTE to their defined benefit pension plans?
Most members participating in the FERS system pay in just 1.3% of their salary every year.
Meanwhile, the Congress of the United States contributes 18.7% of their salary on their behalf.

That's a 14-to-1 match!
And remember, members of Congress can get additional matching contributions worth as much as ANOTHER $17,500 a year if they participate in the separate 401(k)-style plan available to them!

Now, it is true that Congress recently reformed the FERS plan — but only for NEW members.
Isn't that hilarious?

Our elected representatives all got in a room and agreed that their retirement program was a bit too cushy. Yet the majority also agreed that their own entitlements should absolutely stay the same!
If this doesn't demonstrate exactly the type of "ourselves over everyone else" mentality I'm talking about, I don't know what would.

Feds to Ban Margarine, Icing, Frozen Pizza, in the Name of Health

The people who brought you the low-flow shower and the no-flush toilet, who banned the 60 Watt lightbulb, and who made your health-insurance illegal and put your doctor out of business?  Well, they care about you. You know, like the Child-Catcher in Chitty-Chitty Bang-Bang cared about children. They care so much, the FDA is going to ban margarine and a host of food products with hydrogenated oils in the next 60 days: The FDA declares that partially hydrogenated oils are not "generally recognized as safe."

The government proposed new rules Thursday that would all but ban trans fats, a move that will force makers of margarine, frozen pizza and other processed foods to reformulate their products.

Under the new rules, the Food and Drug Administration has declared that partially hydrogenated oils, the source of trans fats, are a food additive no longer "generally recognized as safe."

That would require companies wishing to use the ingredient to first seek approval from the FDA, which is unlikely to grant permission...read more at the (caution) LA Times.

This rule is subject to a 60-day comment period. Contact your congressmen, or the FDA at the FDA website, and tell them to get out of your grocery, kitchen, and checkbook.

In simple terms THIS IS THE TEA PARTY

The Tea Party is and is not

The Tea party has a slogan, which in various forms amounts to: Smaller government, lower taxes, prospering economy, and support of the constitution as written.

Smaller government means reduction of the intrusion by government into the daily lives of the citizens of the United States. Smaller government also contributes to fewer taxes. We as Tea Party members do not want the government intruding into our daily life, liberties and pursuit of happiness. We don’t wish our government to tax for undeserving foreign or national ideals that expand the intent of the constitution. We support the ideas of furthering business within legal just and moral limits. We want the Government to provide for national defense and the items provided for in our Constitution’s Preamble.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America

Likewise as Tea Party members we feel the president’s oath as follows shall apply to our proceedings.--"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

We are not racist. We are not radical. We are respectful of all religions, so long as the religion or belief does not advocate the destruction of our Country, our Constitution.
IF YOU DONT" BELIVE THIS MEET WITH US.

Outside spending on N.J. campaigns goes through the roof

TRENTON — Having already hit record levels of spending on New Jersey elections early this month, so-called “independent expenditure” groups are now pumping "mind-boggling amounts" of money into races as candidates for governor and state Legislature hit the home stretch towards Election Day, according to an analysis by the state Election Law Enforcement Commission.
Outside groups spent about $38 million as of yesterday to help or hurt candidates for governor and the Legislature, and to promote or oppose a ballot question to raise the minimum wage, according to an analysis by the state Election Law Enforcement Commission.
“Independent special interest groups have spent more than $35.4 million already on gubernatorial and legislative elections plus another $2.3 million to promote or oppose public ballot questions,’’ Brindle said in a statement. "This mind-boggling total of nearly $38 million, unprecedented in state history, is more than twice the previous record $14.9 million spent independently on elections in 2009."
The previous record was $14.9 million in 2009. Back then, such groups accounted for 16 percent of all election spending. Now, they make up 35 percent.
“It’s a whole new world in New Jersey politics,” Brindle said.
This year’s election in New Jersey ranks sixth in state elections with the biggest amount of outside spending. The biggest ever was in California – a state with four times New Jersey’s population -- where groups in 2010 spent almost $86 million
“We already are in the top ten state races of all time, and the election still isn’t over,” said Brindle
The biggest spender of all the groups is Garden State Forward, a political non-profit group that is funded by the NJEA. They’ve spent just shy of $12 million to help Democratic gubernatorial candidate Barbara Buono and candidates for the Legislature.
The Committee for Our Children’s Future is the next biggest spender, at $7.8 million. Though no longer active, the committee – which never publicly disclosed its donors – exclusively promoted Republican Gov. Chris Christie and his education policies in 2012.
Third is the Fund for Jobs, Growth and Security, a Washington DC-based super PAC run by operatives with ties to U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. The group – which has had fundraising help by George Norcross, the most powerful Democratic power broker in the state – has spent $7.6 million to protect Democratic majorities in the state Senate and Assembly.
One New Jersey, a pro-Buono and pro-Democratic group that does not disclose its donors, spent $2.8 million but has not been active in recent months.
The influx of special interest spending was brought about by the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2010 ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, which said corporations and unions should be able to spend unlimited sums to influence elections.
In terms of traditional campaign spending, Senate President Stephen Sweeney’s (D-Gloucester) district has been the most expensive in the state. Sweeney and his running mates are trying to fight off a challenge led by Republican attorney Niki Trunk. In all, candidates in the South Jersey district have raised $3.7 million and spent $3.1 million.
The runner up is North Jersey’s District 38, where state Sen. Robert Gordon (D-Bergen) faces a challenge from Republican attorney Fernando Alonso. State Senate and Assembly candidates in that district have raised $3 million and spent $2.8 million.
Central Jersey’s 14th District, where state Sen. Linda Greenstein (D-Middlesex) is running against former Republican state Sen. Peter Inverso, is another big battleground. Spending there is just shy of $2.5 million.
In the governor’s race – in which both candidates are accepting matching funds from the state – Republican Gov. Chris Chrisite continues to dominate Democratic challenger Barbara Buono.
Christie has raised the maximum $13.2 million and spent $9.2 million, while Buono has raised $2.8 million and spent $2.5 million. As of last week, Christie still had more than $4 million cash in the bank compared to Buono’s $277,000.

PROMISES, wink wink

If a person tells you something with a certain amount of surety do you assume there is a promise or fact? If the person is of national authority and repeatedly assures you that something will come to pass I assume there is a promise.
In retrospect we had a border guard murdered by people taking advantage of weapons sold under the fast and furious program. President assured us that he would investigate and find out who authorized fast and furious.

Green energy loans totaled billions. We had millions contributed to Solyndra and like solar corporations that went bankrupt. We were assured by our President the government would get to the bottom of the fiasco.

We heard of the IRS using their authority to subject conservatives to unnecessary delay and scrutiny. We were assured, by our President, the matter would be reviewed in detail and if guilty, discipline would be exercised on the responsible party/ies.

We have been told the President will get to the bottom of telephone and e-mail recordings by NSA.

There was a raid in Benghazi that resulted in the death of the American Ambassador to Lybia and others. We were told by our President’s ambassador to the United Nations, that the raid in Benghazi was the result of an anti-Islam video. Later we were told, by our President, the culprits would be brought to justice. Various stories of possible military rescue missions have been reported and denied. Have we been given a full finding of facts and actions? The witnesses have not been permitted to testify.

Oh well, we are sure we can keep our health care insurance and doctor. Or is that left up to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Remember how she worked closely to improve services to children except for lung transplants. She has issued the criteria that insurance companies must meet.

What difference does it make?
